1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use nano88's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. nano88 strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and funds forfeited.

• One Account Per Person: As stated in Section 2, each individual is permitted only one Account. If nano88 detects multiple accounts registered by the same person, all accounts will be closed and any funds or winnings forfeited.

Account Suspension and Termination

nano88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• You engage in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise illegal activity.
• You abuse bonuses, promotions, or the nano88 platform in any way.
• You create multiple accounts or allow third parties to access your Account.
• nano88 determines, in its sole discretion, that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to nano88, other Users, or the integrity of our services.

In the event of account suspension or termination, any pending bets will be voided and any remaining funds (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your original deposit method, subject to verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

nano88 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) via the following payment methods:

Wagering Requirements for Withdrawals

All deposits must be wagered at least 1x (one time) before withdrawal. This requirement applies to both deposits and any associated bonuses. Failure to meet the minimum wagering requirement may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may lead to account closure.

6. Betting Rules and Dispute Resolution

Sports Betting

nano88 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on a wide range of sports, including football (soccer), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, MMA, e-sports, and more. Specific rules apply to each sport and bet type. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of the sports and markets they bet on. Common bet types include:

• Asian Handicap (Voor): Popular in Indonesia, Asian handicap eliminates the draw option by giving one team a virtual goal advantage or disadvantage.
• Over/Under (O/U): Bet on whether the total number of goals, points, or other metrics will be over or under a specified line.
• Mix Parlay (Accumulator): Combines multiple selections into one bet. All selections must win for the bet to pay out.
• 1X2 (Win-Draw-Lose): Classic three-way bet on the match outcome.
